     My objective of the 150 day marketing plan is to Professionally Market and Promote your home to create Positive Demand we all can get Excited about.  Here are some of the things we accomplish during this time but not limited to just the items we list here.  Using our knowledge, skills, tools, and resources we will:
Day 1-14
1)    Go over recent Real Estate activity in local neighborhood.
          *review our credentials*
2)    In Depth consultation with the Sellers (Marketing Plan).
          *discuss our goals*
3)    Fill out all paperwork accurately.
          *room sizes, lot size, title info, assoc. fees., etc*
4)    Take photo's of property.
         *perform curb appeal assessment*
         *perform interior design assessment*
5)    Install lockbox.
6)    Install For Sale sign.
7)    Design custom property feature sheets.
         *install feature sheet box*
         *install extra's on for sale sign*
8)    Submit all information to Multiple Listing Service.

Day 1-30
9)    Submit information to all websites and network partners.
10)  Discuss our Open House plans.
11)  Submit ads to local newspapers and magazines.
12)  Get your home on the RADIO.
13)  Review client-showing procedure.
14)  Go over interior decorating ideas (If needed)
15)  Discuss Feng-Shui ideas (If Interested)
16)  Make home's own property direct link on the web (web page)
17)  Go over clients property update login instructions.
18)  Discuss your property Enthusiastically to other local agents.
19)  Mail just listed cards to local neighborhood.
20)  Make sure extra photo's are on necessary websites.
Day 1-90
21)  Discuss sales associates comments.
22)  Go over Feed back on current price and condition.
23)  Go over our current Marketing plan.
24)  Constant communication with agents who have shown home.
25)  Review Local Real Estate Market Conditions -----Re-Evaluate.
