Arbors of Island Lake. Most of the homes in this area were built in the early 2000's from 2001-2003, are over 2000 sq feet, have attached garages, offer open style floor plans and much more. Many of the homes in this area back to wooded land, a pond or some time of open space. We had this picture taken (on your left) for a recent condo we sold in Island Lake Arbors. One of our team members lived in Island Lake so we really go to know the area well (as a group). I live in the area and have frequently heard the term used for Novi area shopping as "The Detroit Metro Shopping Meca" for all the great shopping close by. Twelve Oaks Mall, West Oaks Shopping Plaza, Downtown Novi, Downtown Northville, Laurel Park Place Mall are just the beginning of all the great local shopping attractions in or near Novi.
