ISLAND LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION

Island lake is a neighborhood built around a 170 acre fresh water lake.  There are currently nine subdivisions within the area which make up what we call as a whole "Island Lake".  In all the area's combined there are over 800 homes with building still taking place.  Residents of Island Lake enjoy the lake, multiple parks, gorgeous nature trails, private beach area's, clubhouse with pool and tennis.  All of these amenities right from your home with a fantastic convenient Novi location.  Island Lake residents children are located within the Novi Michigan School District.  There are many private school options as well, Detroit Catholic Central is just a few minutes away for high school boys and Mercy about 20 minutes away for the high school girls.  The pictures below show just some of the great amenities Island Lake has to offer.  From right to left, park off of Terra Del Mar as you enter the sub off of 10 Mile Rd, Sign showing Clubhouse Amenities and the pavilion at Island Lake North Park.
